Fertility & Hormones

Acupuncture supports...

Acupuncture protocols to support cycle regulation, ovulatory function, and blood flow to reproductive organs. Used alongside IUI/IVF timelines, for PCOS and irregular cycles, and for women working to rebalance hormones naturally.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

After 38 weeks, Acupuncture is commonly used as part of a holistic approach to preparing for birth. Once baby arrives, it supports recovery after birth, including healing, emotional well-being, sleep, and the transition into parenthood.

Targeted point work to regulate gut motility, reduce bloating, and calm inflammation-driven digestive symptoms. A complement to functional gut testing and a supportive tool for calming the nervous system input that keeps digestion stuck.

Gut Health

Beauty & Confident Aging

Stress & Longevity

Facial and cosmetic acupuncture to stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and support skin tone and elasticity. A non-invasive alternative (or complement) to injectables, positioned as a longevity-focused approach to skin health rather than a quick cosmetic fix.

Pain Relief & Tension

Support for neck pain, back pain, headaches, migraines, jaw tension, pelvic pain, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal concerns.

Acupuncture helps reduce stress by calming your nervous system and lowering stress hormone levels by stimulating sensory nerves, helping shift your body from a sympathetic "fight-or-flight" state to a parasympathetic "rest-and-digest" state.

Breanna's path to becoming an acupuncturist wasn't a straight line. After coming off hormonal birth control, she experienced post-pill amenorrhea and struggled with hormone imbalances that affected her menstrual cycle and fertility. Like many women, she was left searching for answers and quickly realized how often menstrual concerns are dismissed or considered "normal."

That journey led her to discover holistic nutrition and a whole new way of looking at health. She became fascinated by the body's interconnected systems and the importance of supporting overall well-being rather than simply masking symptoms. During her fertility journey, acupuncture became one of the therapies that helped her feel more connected to her body and supported through a difficult season. That experience inspired her to pursue a career in acupuncture.

Today, her goal is simple: to create a space where every person feels heard, seen, and cared for.
